An ambitious property developer is looking for an experienced Buyer to support a growing pipeline of residential and mixed-use projects across Greater Manchester.
You'll be responsible for procuring materials, plant, and subcontract packages, ensuring developments remain on programme and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
Procuring materials, plant, and subcontract packages
Negotiating pricing, terms, and supplier agreements
Managing supplier relationships and performance
Monitoring costs, lead times, and market trends
Supporting commercial teams with cost control and reporting
Coordinating deliveries to meet project programmes
About You
Previous construction buying experience
Residential or housebuilding experience preferred
Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
Commercially aware with excellent organisational skills
Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
