Property Sourcer
Are you great at spotting property opportunities before anyone else? We're looking for a driven Property Sourcer to help identify and secure development opportunities across South London and Kent for a growing auction company in Kent.
The role will involve sourcing properties for auction through probate contacts, estate agents, direct vendor approaches, local networking, and sourcing off market opportunities. You will also be responsible for supporting clients through the auction process and using contacts to attract buyers to auctions.
This role is office based but you will be expected to travel across South London, Kent and Essex building relationships as and when needed.
The ideal candidate will have experience in property auctions, estate agency, business development, property investment, commercial agency, or a similar property role. Strong networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills are essential, alongside the ability to identify opportunities and convert leads.
