Introduction
Acorn by Synergie is recruiting Production Operatives to join a leading manufacturing company based in St Austell.
Our client manufactures high-quality medical and reusable plastic products and is looking for candidates with manufacturing or factory experience who are happy to work on a rotating shift pattern.
This is a temporary opportunity until January 2027, with immediate starts available. It is an excellent opportunity to gain experience within a busy manufacturing environment.
What We Offer
£14.61 per hour.

Key Duties
Pack products.
Ensure colour standards are met throughout the production process.
Measure and record products accurately.
Use track-and-trace scanning systems.
Complete production paperwork accurately.
Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment.
Meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Requirements
Good numeracy and literacy skills.
A reliable and punctual approach, with a commitment to high standards.
Previous production, manufacturing, factory or machine operating experience is desirable but not essential.
A positive attitude and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Willingness to work a rotating shift pattern.
Working Hours
Rotating three-week shift pattern:
Week 1: 6am-2pm.
Week 2: 2pm-10pm.
Week 3: 10pm-6am.
