Pathway to Retrofit Excellence is a free 3-week, face-to-face Skills Bootcamp in Walsall designed to help adults gain the skills and qualifications needed for careers in construction and retrofit. Participants will achieve the Highfield Level 2 Award in Retrofit Principles (RQF), the Highfield Level 3 Certificate in Principles and Practices of Assessment (RQF), and a fully funded CSCS Green Labourer Card. The programme includes dedicated tutor support, employability and interview preparation, and a guaranteed interview upon successful completion. Training is unpaid, but learners can progress into employment opportunities such as Retrofit Installer, Construction Operative, Property Maintenance Support, Insulation Operative, and General Labourer. Applicants must be aged 19+, live within the West Midlands Combined Authority area, and be able to attend all sessions in Walsall
