💰 Starting Salary: £31,590, increasing to £33,087.60 upon successful completion of your 4-month probation.

✅ Additional £1.01 per hour for rotating shifts (days/afternoons)
✅ Additional 10% night shift allowance on basic salary for permanent night workers

What You'll Be Doing

Safely loading and unloading vehicles using a Side Loader truck

Moving stock across various areas of the site

Picking and marshalling customer orders

Carrying out stock rotation and ensuring accurate stock usage

Meeting loading efficiency targets safely and effectively

Maintaining a clean, organised and professional yard environment

Following customer-specific loading requirements

Ensuring products are correctly labelled for customer deliveries

Reporting incidents and near misses

Promoting a strong Health & Safety culture across site
What We're Looking For
✔ Previous forklift driving experience
✔ Side Loader Licence desirable but not essential
✔ Positive attitude and strong work ethic
✔ Safety-conscious approach to work
✔ Team player with excellent communication skills
✔ Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative
✔ Flexible, reliable and eager to learn
