Master Technician - Redditch
Salary: Up to £42,000 Basic | £57,000 OTE
We are currently looking for an experienced Master Technician to join an established automotive business in Redditch.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly skilled technician looking to take the next step in their career, working within a professional workshop environment with an excellent earning potential and an attractive benefits package.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out complex vehicle diagnostics, fault finding and repairs to the highest standards.
Complete servicing, maintenance and mechanical repairs across a range of vehicles.
Identify and resolve technical issues efficiently and accurately.
Support and assist other technicians with technical knowledge and expertise.
Ensure all work is completed in line with manufacturer standards and health and safety requirements.
Maintain high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction.
What We're Looking For
Previous experience working as a Master Technician within the automotive industry.
Strong diagnostic and fault-finding abilities.
Relevant automotive qualifications.
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship.
A proactive approach and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
What's on Offer?
Up to £42,000 basic salary.
£57,000 OTE.
