Recruitment Resourcer / Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 + Commission / Bonus

We are looking for an ambitious, motivated and driven individual to join our growing recruitment team as a Recruitment Resourcer / Trainee Recruitment Consultant.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to kick-start a career in recruitment, develop their sales and communication skills, and build a successful career within a fast-paced, rewarding industry.
Working closely with experienced consultants, you will play a key role in identifying, attracting and engaging top talent, while learning the full recruitment lifecycle with the opportunity to progress into a fully-fledged Recruitment Consultant role.
No previous recruitment experience is necessary. We are more interested in your attitude, work ethic, personality and willingness to learn!
Key Responsibilities
Source and identify suitable candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media and other recruitment platforms.
Proactively contact candidates to discuss opportunities and assess their suitability.
Conduct initial candidate screening calls and interviews.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates.
Write engaging job adverts and candidate profiles.
Manage candidate applications and maintain accurate database records.
Arrange interviews and coordinate the recruitment process.
Support consultants with business development and client requirements.
Develop an understanding of the market, industry and recruitment processes.
Work towards agreed targets and KPIs, with the opportunity to earn commission as your skills develop.
