Job Overview
Position: FLT Driver (Reach & Counterbalance)
Salary: £15.72 per hour (OT 1.5X multiplier available)
Location: Skelmersdale (WN8 9PE)
Contract Type: Temporary - ongoing
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
Shift Pattern: Rotational (06:00 - 14:00 & 14:00 - 22:00) - must be flexible for both
Responsibilities
Operate Reach and Counterbalance forklifts to move pallets efficiently throughout the warehouse.
Perform essential warehouse tasks, including stock replenishment, put-aways, and bringing stock to production lines.
Complete tasks accurately to meet site targets and KPIs.
Assist with manual lifting as and when required to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
Must possess a valid, in-date Reach and Counterbalance accredited license.
Minimum of 6 months of operational experience within the last 2 years.
Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working towards targets or KPIs.
Fluency in English (speaking, writing, and reading).
