Role: Resident Liaison Lead (RLL)
Start: 16/11
Length: 20 Weeks
Our client have been appointed to undertake balcony remediation works across six occupied high-rise residential buildings on behalf of Tamworth Borough Council. The works involve the replacement of approximately 1,440 existing balcony infill panels across 360 residential properties.
Given the nature of the project, we require someone who is confident, approachable and comfortable engaging directly with residents in a social housing environment.
Ideally, we are looking for someone with previous experience in a Resident Liaison Officer/Lead role, preferably within social housing, refurbishment or occupied residential construction projects.
The role will involve:
Proactively door knocking and engaging with residents to explain the proposed works and access requirements.
Arranging and coordinating property appointments and pre-installation inspections.
Liaising with residents regarding balcony access, removal of personal belongings and preparation for the works.
Managing resident enquiries, concerns, complaints and access refusals in a professional and sensitive manner.
Maintaining accurate records of resident contact, appointments, access arrangements and outstanding issues.
Working closely with our site management team to coordinate access in line with the installation programme.
Identifying residents who may require additional assistance or consideration during the works.
