About the Role
We are looking for an experienced CNC Miller / CNC Machinist with hands-on Elumatec machine experience to join our growing production team.
You will be responsible for setting, operating and monitoring Elumatec CNC machinery to manufacture accurate, high-quality components. This position would suit a reliable machinist who takes pride in their work and can maintain excellent standards of quality, safety and productivity.
Key Responsibilities

Set up and operate Elumatec CNC milling and machining equipment

Read and interpret engineering drawings and production specifications

Load programs, select tooling and adjust machine settings

Machine aluminium profiles and components to the required tolerances

Inspect finished parts using appropriate measuring equipment

Identify and resolve machining or quality issues

Complete routine machine checks and basic maintenance

Maintain accurate production and quality records

Keep the work area clean, organised and safe

Work closely with production, engineering and quality teams
Requirements

Previous experience operating Elumatec CNC machinery

CNC milling or machining experience in a manufacturing environment

Ability to read technical drawings and understand tolerances

Confident using measuring and inspection equipment

Good attention to detail and commitment to quality

Strong awareness of workplace health and safety

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Reliable, punctual and willing to support production requirements
Experience machining aluminium profiles for windows, doors, curtain walling, façades or similar products would be advantageous.
