Acorn by Synergie is recruiting Production Operatives to join a busy manufacturing company in Bridgwater.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced production environment, with full training provided and the potential to secure a permanent position.
What We Offer

Full-time hours.
Rotating shifts of 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm.
Weekly pay.

Key Responsibilities
Operate production machinery and equipment.
Assemble, pack and label products.
Carry out quality checks to ensure products meet required standards.
Follow production processes and work instructions.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Work as part of a team to meet production targets.
Requirements
Essential:
Good attention to detail.
Reliable and punctual approach with a strong work ethic.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Flexible approach to work and shift patterns.
Good communication skills.Desirable:
Previous production or manufacturing experience is advantageous but not essential.
