Training course - Customer Service Practitioner Level 2
Hours
Shift patterns between our operational hours of Monday - Friday, 8.00am - 6.00pm. Saturday, 9.30am - 12.30pm (you will be required to work every alternative Saturday).
37.5 hours a week

Your duties and responsibilities include:

Handling inbound customer enquiries and delivering a professional, friendly and helpful service.

Taking ownership of customer queries and working towards positive outcomes.

Listening carefully to customers to understand their individual circumstances and needs.

Exploring appropriate solutions and negotiating suitable arrangements where required.

Investigating and resolving customer queries, identifying opportunities to put things right.

Supporting customers who may be experiencing financial difficulties with understanding and empathy.

Maintaining high standards of customer service while working in a fast-paced contact centre environment.
