Control Room Operator
Shift pattern: 2 days (Apply online only)), 2 nights (Apply online only)), 4 off.
Location: Goole, East Riding of Yorkshire
Salary: £29,236.50 + overtime opportunities

Based in Goole you will join a professional control room team at a state-of-the-art 24/7 control room which monitors sites across the UK. If you have a strong work ethic with a passion for customer service and professionalism, then this could be the role for you.

Strong administration skills

The ability to work under pressure in a professional manner

Ideally you will hold a SIA license or be willing to obtain one
Responsibilities:

You will work in a small team responsible for monitoring alarm activations across the UK.

Monitoring of CCTV systems
-
Operation of remote monitoring systems
-
Respond to emergency situations in a professional manner
-
Liaise with emergency services when required
-
Answering incoming phone calls
-
Produce written incident reports
-
Manage emergency situations in a confident and calm manner

Respond to general queries
