London / Hybrid | £30,000 – £45,000 + Bonus | Permanent
Are you a graduate with experience in a commercial or corporate environment, looking for an exciting next step in your career?
An established international events business is seeking an ambitious, commercially minded Graduate Conference Producer to join its growing Central London team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in sales, recruitment, marketing, account management or a similar corporate role who is looking for something more creative, varied and intellectually stimulating.
You'll work with senior business leaders, research emerging industry trends and develop high-profile conferences across professional services and technology markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Research industry trends and identify engaging conference topics.
Develop conference agendas and source influential industry speakers.
Build relationships with senior executives and industry experts.
Manage 3–4 conferences annually, from concept through to delivery.
Collaborate with sales, marketing and operations teams.
Attend events, with opportunities for international travel.
Skills & Experience:
Graduate (or equivalent) with some commercial or corporate experience.
Background in sales, recruitment, marketing, events or a similar role.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Commercially aware, curious and interested in business trends.
Highly organised, proactive and confident managing deadlines.
Ambitious, motivated and keen to develop a long-term career.
What's on Offer:
£30,000 – £45,000 basic salary + performance bonus
Hybrid working (3 days office / 2 days home).
