Deputy Director of Estates

Sellick Partnership is pleased to partner on an exciting opportunity which has arisen for an experienced Estates & Facilities Leader to join a large NHS organisation on an interim basis.
This senior leadership role will provide strategic and operational oversight of Estates, Facilities and Infrastructure services across a complex healthcare environment.
You will lead service delivery, compliance, contractor performance and capital programmes, while working closely with executive stakeholders to drive high-quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities of the Estates role:
Lead Estates & Facilities operations across a multi-site healthcare estate
Ensure statutory compliance and effective risk management
Oversee capital projects, infrastructure improvements and estates strategy
Manage contractor performance, budgets and service delivery
Support and influence senior stakeholders across the organisation
Requirements of the Deputy Director of Estates
Significant Estates & Facilities leadership experience, ideally within the NHS
Strong understanding of healthcare compliance and operational estates
Experience delivering capital projects and service improvements
