You will be responsible for responsive repairs, property maintenance, and refurbishment works within both occupied and void residential properties.

Key Responsibilities

Carrying out glazing repairs and replacements, including windows, doors, sealed units, and associated components

Diagnosing faults and undertaking effective repairs

Delivering responsive maintenance and refurbishment works

Working within occupied and void social housing properties

Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health and safety requirements

Managing jobs via PDA systems (training provided)
Essential Skills & Experience

Requirements

Experience working within social housing or residential maintenance environments

Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload

Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills

Excellent customer service and communication skills

NVQ or City & Guilds qualification in Glazing or a relevant trade

Full UK Driving Licence

DBS check (or willingness to undertake one)
