We’re looking for an Electrical Assembler to join an established manufacturing business in Glossop.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone with previous electrical assembly or electronics manufacturing experience, working with components, wiring and assemblies in a production environment.

What will you be doing as an Electrical Assembler?

Assembling electrical and electronic components

Wiring components and completing electrical connections

Following drawings, diagrams and assembly instructions

Fitting components into finished assemblies

Using hand tools and basic assembly equipment

Carrying out visual inspections and basic quality checks
-
Checking completed assemblies against required specifications
-
Identifying and reporting assembly or component issues
-
Maintaining accurate production standards
-
Keeping the work area clean, organised and safe
What will you need?
-
Previous experience in electrical assembly, electronic assembly or a similar production role

Confidence working with small electrical/electronic components and wiring
-
Ability to follow drawings, diagrams and work instructions

Good attention to detail and a quality-focused approach

Comfortable using hand tools within a manufacturing environment
