Multi Trade Operative - Plymouth and surrounding
We are working with a busy client to recruit an experienced Multi Trade who will provide a surveying and maintenance service on social housing properties in the Plymouth and surrounding area.
Role Details/ Benefits:
12 weeks temp to perm
£35,000 per annum
Opportunity to do some surveying as well as work on the tools
Company van and fuel card
20 days holiday plus bank holidays
Multi Operative Day to Day:
Surveying properties and listing work required
Carrying out minor maintenance repairs on domestic properties
All aspects of maintenance work in properties, carpentry, window and door repairs, leak remedials etc
Dealing with customers in MOD housing, being polite and professional
Driving a company van safely and responsibly
Following a spec to complete works
Reporting to your Supervisor
Carpenter Multi Operative Requirements:
Good multi-trade experience
NVQ in a trade (desirable)
DBS - will be completed prior to start
Good attitude
Honest and reliable
Full UK driving licence
Security check will be completed by client prior to start
