Founded by Eileen Perry MBE DL, who brings over 30 years of recruitment industry experience, ER was built on a simple belief: recruitment should be about quality, relationships and understanding people, not simply filling vacancies.
We work with an exciting portfolio of clients across the East Midlands and beyond, supporting businesses with everything from individual appointments to senior-level executive search, interim recruitment and wider recruitment and retention solutions.
Our work is varied, our relationships are genuine and we're proud to work with some fantastic businesses and recognised brands.
We're now looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join Team Purple. This is an opportunity to become part of an established and well-connected business, working alongside an experienced team, developing client relationships and helping talented people find their next opportunity.
