Customer Service Advisor
Location: Littlehampton
Pay Rate: £13.85 per hour
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:45am to 5:15pm
Contract: Initially until 18th December
Start Date: ASAP
About the Role
We are currently recruiting on behalf of a growing and successful client based in Littlehampton who is expanding its Customer Service team to support with the peak season.
This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused individual looking to join a supportive team environment!
Key Responsibilities
- Contact customers with upcoming orders and process their requirements accurately.
- Process customer orders and prescriptions, ensuring all details are updated on internal systems.
- Keep customers informed of any delays or changes to their orders.
- Deliver a professional and friendly service on every interaction.
- Maintain accurate records and customer information.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a telephone-based customer service role.
- Strong keyboard and data entry skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- A positive attitude and commitment to meeting customer needs.
