Job Opportunity: Qualified Teaching Assistant - Tipton**
We are currently looking for a qualified and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to work within a school setting based in Tipton.
The successful candidate will have a good understanding of working within a classroom environment and be confident supporting pupils with their learning, development and everyday classroom activities.
Requirements:
- Must hold a relevant Teaching Assistant or recognised education-based qualification.
- Previous experience working within a school setting.
- Good understanding of classroom routines and teaching and learning practices.
- Confident supporting pupils individually and within small groups.
- Good behaviour management and communication skills.
- A positive, patient and professional attitude.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff.
