A successful 'Housing Consultant' should have:
Proven experience delivering projects or business change within social housing, housing associations or registered providers
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build relationships quickly across all levels
Experience working in complex, fast-paced environments with multiple priorities
Demonstrable track record of improving processes, services or ways of working
Confident managing projects from planning through to implementation and delivery
Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
Previous experience supporting organisational change, business improvement would be advantageous.
Job Offer
Permanent Housing Consultant position.
Salary of £56,700 to £69,300, dependent on the level of experience.
