Resident Liaison Officer
MMP Consultancy are recruiting for an experienced Resident Liaison Officer on behalf of a leading maintenance and refurbishment contractor in Leeds. This role will support planned refurbishment works, acting as the key link between residents, site teams and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the main point of contact for residents throughout works programmes.
Organise and attend resident meetings, consultations and pre-start visits.
Keep residents informed of project progress and access requirements.
Support vulnerable residents and identify additional support needs.
Manage and resolve complaints and resident enquiries.
Work closely with site teams to minimise disruption.
Maintain accurate records of resident communication and feedback.
Ideal Candidate:
Previous RLO, TLO or resident engagement experience.
Background in social housing, planned maintenance or refurbishment.
Experience supporting planned works programmes.
Strong communication and complaint-handling skills.
Empathetic approach when dealing with vulnerable residents.
Full UK Driving Licence.
