Description:
Motion Group are recruiting an experienced Steel Erector for an established structural steel fabricator near Bridgwater, Somerset. This is a permanent PAYE role, with no agency or day-rate contracts, for an erector who wants steady, well-paid work with everything covered.
The package

£20 per hour. Crews average 50–55 hours a week, which works out at roughly £52k–£57k a year with overtime.

The role

Working as part of a 4-man erection gang on structural steel projects

Around 30 projects a year, mainly across the South and Midlands

Working away Monday to Friday, with shorter Fridays and back at the yard for 16:30

40-hour standard week, with regular overtime available
What you’ll need

Proven experience erecting heavy structural steel

Valid CSCS card
-
IPAF
-
NVQ Level 2 / ProQual Level 2 in Steel Erecting (preferred)
