Production Operatives wanted in Sheffield!
H&H Recruitment Solutions are currently looking to recruit Production Operatives to join a well established manufacturing business in Sheffield. This is a fantastic opportunity with the potential to secure a permanent, full-time role with a company that values quality work and offers a great work life balance through regular daytime hours and early finishes on Fridays.
The Role
Working as part of a busy production team, your duties will include:
Feeding products onto production machinery
Assembling products to client specifications
Using a variety of hand tools safely and effectively
Carrying out quality inspections throughout the manufacturing process
Following production schedules and work instructions
Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment
Supporting colleagues across the production department when required Hours
Monday to Friday 07:00 to 15:30 with early finish on a Friday About You
The ideal candidate will:
Have previous experience within a manufacturing, production or assembly environment
Be confident using hand tools
Have good attention to detail and take pride in producing high-quality work
Be reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team
Have a positive attitude and willingness to learn Experience in woodwork, carpentry, joinery or working with timber products would be advantageous, but is not essential, as full training can be provided.
What's On Offer?
Starting pay of £12.80 per hour
Weekly Pay
Higher rates available depending on skills and experience
Monday to Friday working hours
Early finish on a Friday
