This leading award winning Landscaping client is seeking an experienced Gardener to join the team full-time working on London sites, as the successful candidate you will have a good level of horticultural knowledge for the ongoing care and maintenance of beautifully designed, high-end private sites
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out regular maintenance tasks including pruning, weeding, feeding, seasonal planting, and pest/disease control
Use and maintain gardening tools and machinery safely and efficiently
Ensure all works are conducted safely and respectfully
Work collaboratively and professionally with team members
Requirements:
Minimum 1- 2 years’ experience in garden maintenance (estates preferred)
Good plant knowledge and strong horticultural skills
Proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented
Able to work well independently and as part of a small team
Good communication
· Physically fit and prepared to work in all weather
· UK driving licence
