We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Investment Broker to join our growing London-based sales team specialising in pre-IPO investment opportunities.
This is a high-performance telesales role focused on handling qualified inbound leads, building investor relationships, and closing investment deals over the phone. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record selling alternative investment products — ideally pre-IPO or private equity — and consistently achieving high revenue targets in a regulated sales environment.
Key Responsibilities of an Investment Broker

Contact and qualify inbound investor leads

Present and sell pre-IPO investment opportunities over the phone

Build strong relationships with high-net-worth and sophisticated investors

Explain pre-IPO offerings, valuations, and exit potential clearly, professionally, and compliantly

Manage the full sales cycle from initial enquiry through to close and allocation

Maintain accurate records within the CRM system

Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs

Stay up to date with IPO pipelines, private markets, and alternative investment trends
Requirements for the Investment Broker Job

Minimum 2 years’ experience selling alternative investment products over the phone

Proven track record in telesales and closing high-value investment deals

Experience selling pre-IPO shares, private equity, EIS/SEIS, property investments, bonds, or similar alternative investments preferred

Strong understanding of private markets and the IPO process

Strong objection-handling and closing skills
