Evoke Staffing are currently recruiting experienced Class 2 HGV Drivers for a 12-week temp-to-perm opportunity based in Stoke-on-Trent.
This is an excellent opportunity for reliable drivers looking for regular work, consistent hours, and the chance to secure a permanent position.
Shift Pattern

Week 1: Tuesday to Saturday

Week 2: Monday to Saturday, with either Wednesday or Thursday as your rest day

Average 48 hours per working week

The Role
-
Delivering goods to supermarket stores(Multi Drop)

Back door deliveries
-
All products are supplied on wheels, making unloading straightforward

Providing a professional and courteous service at each delivery location

Full induction and ongoing support provided
Training
During your first week, you will work alongside an experienced driver to familiarise yourself with the routes, delivery procedures and day-to-day operation before driving independently.
Requirements

Valid Class 2 Licence With over 2 years commercial driving experience

Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card

Good understanding of drivers' hours and Working Time Directive regulations

Professional, reliable, and customer-focused approach

Previous supermarket or store delivery experience is advantageous but not essential
