Your experience supporting communication, independence and daily routines could be valuable in a school supporting pupils with SEND.
The role involves:
Helping pupils participate in lessons and practical activities.
Providing reassurance and consistent support.
Encouraging communication and independence.
Supporting personal care where required.
Following guidance from teachers and specialist staff.
We welcome applications from Support Workers, Care Assistants, residential staff and experienced Teaching Assistants. Previous school experience is welcome but not essential.
You'll need patience, clear communication skills and a willingness to learn.
