Eden Brown are seeking a highly efficient Sheltered Housing Officer for a 3 month contract situated in Manchester
The role as Sheltered Officer will involve:

Providing a frontline service to residents across Dispersed properties across Greater Manchester

Managing Compliance processes

Managing and attending tenancy audits

Supporting residents with Income issues

Completing Heath and Safety checks
Due to the nature of this role you must have Social Housing experience
To start this role you must have an Enhanced DBS Check
