Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, term time

Prospero Teaching is recruiting a SEN Teaching Assistant for a school in Watford. You'll support pupils individually and in small groups, helping them access lessons, build confidence and develop independence.
Your role will include:
Adapting classroom activities alongside the teacher.
Supporting communication, routines and emotional regulation.
Building positive relationships with pupils.
Following individual learning and support plans.
Experience as a Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant or SEND Support Worker would suit this role. We're looking for someone patient, reliable and confident adapting their approach.
