We are looking for caring, reliable and compassionate Domiciliary Care Workers to join our team in Gloucester and make a positive difference to people's lives.
The Role
You will provide care and support to individuals in their own homes, helping them maintain their independence, dignity and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:

Providing personal care, including washing, dressing and toileting.

Supporting with medication in line with individual care plans.

Preparing meals and drinks.

Assisting with mobility and moving and handling.

Supporting with light domestic duties and laundry.

Monitoring and reporting changes in service users' health and wellbeing.

Maintaining accurate care records.

Promoting dignity, independence and choice at all times.
