QHSE ADVISOR
Inverness & Huntly | Full-Time, Permanent
We're looking to speak with experienced QHSE Advisors to join a growing engineering & construction business, supporting health, safety and environmental standards across multiple sites across the North Scotland region.
This is an excellent opportunity for an established HSE professional to take ownership of QHSE performance, drive continuous improvement and promote a strong safety culture across a diverse operational environment.
The Role:

Lead and support QHSE compliance across operational sites.

Conduct site inspections, audits, risk assessments and incident investigations.

Advise management and operational teams on HSE legislation and best practice.

Oversee environmental compliance and management systems.

Support training, competency development and workforce engagement.

Drive continuous improvement across health, safety and environmental performance.
What We're Looking For:

5+ years' experience in HSE/QHSE within industrial or construction environments

Strong knowledge of UK HSE legislation.

Experience implementing and maintaining ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 systems.

Strong CDM experience, including Principal Contractor duties.

Experience in lifting planning and operations.

Ideally, a background in plant operations, workshop environments, construction, oil & gas or renewables.
