Advanced Resourcing are a forward-thinking Agency that specialise within the Manufacturing & Engineering recruitment sector and work with clients all over the West Midlands and Shropshire area.
Due to continued growth, our client is currently recruiting for Cold Rolling Mill Setter/Operator to join their busy manufacturing shop floor.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background with Cold Roll Forming machines and we invite both Operators and Setters to apply.
Key Responsibilities:

Set up and prepare cold roll forming machines for production runs.

Change tooling, rollers, guides, and ancillary equipment as required.

Read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and production schedules.

Conduct first-off inspections and ongoing quality checks throughout production.

Adjust machine settings to achieve required product dimensions and tolerances.

Identifying potetitnally machinery issues

Ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are achieved.

Working to Manufacuring deadlines

Carry out routine maintenance and basic machine inspections.

Work closely with the Production Supervisor, Quality Department, and Maintenance Team.

Following all Health & Safety policies
Skills & Experience Required:

Previous experience operating and setting cold roll forming machinery.

Experience reading engineering drawings and technical specifications.
-
Understanding of quality control procedures and measuring equipment.
-
Strong problem-solving and fault-finding abilities.

Ability to work off you own iniatatvie
