Foreman
We are seeking an experienced Foreman to oversee daily site activities on a highways scheme, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities

Supervise site operatives, gangs and subcontractors.

Oversee highway works, road construction, drainage, kerbing and associated civils.

Allocate daily tasks and coordinate labour, plant and materials.

Monitor progress and ensure works are completed on schedule.

Maintain health, safety and quality standards.

Liaise with Site Management and report progress or site issues.
Requirements
-
Proven experience as a Foreman on highways or civil engineering projects.
-
Experience supervising site gangs and operatives.
-
SSSTS or SMSTS certification.
-
Valid CSCS card.
-
Valid First Aid certificate.
-
Strong leadership and communication skills.

Good knowledge of health and safety procedures.
