ENDO is the new ten seat omakase counter from third generation sushi master Endo Kazutoshi, the chef behind the Michelin starred Endo at The Rotunda. It opened in October 2026 in a Chelsea townhouse, in partnership with Creative Restaurant Group. Inspired by the Tokyo sushi counters of the 1920s and 1930s, guests sit at a 200 year old hinoki counter from Kyoto for Endo's most traditional menu yet....
