Corporate Commercial Solicitor — Position Overview:
Manage a varied caseload of corporate commercial matters
Advise across share agreements, contracts and terms and conditions
Act as an extension of clients' businesses, providing practical, commercial advice
Hybrid working based out of the firm's Mayfair office

Acting as an extension of clients' businesses, providing practical, commercial advice aligned with their needs and objectives
Handling all aspects of corporate transactions for a broad range of clients across different sectors
Drafting, reviewing and negotiating legal documents, including share agreements, contracts and terms and conditions
Managing transactional work from instruction through to completion
Taking ownership of service levels and proactively developing and growing client relationships
Supervising and supporting junior solicitors and trainees where required
Liaising with other departments on due diligence and undertaking business development activitiesRequirements of the Corporate Commercial Solicitor:
Qualified Solicitor with 3+ years' PQE
Solid corporate commercial experience, particularly across share agreements, contracts and terms and conditions
Technically strong with excellent attention to detail
Commercially aware, with the ability to provide pragmatic advice
Strong communication and client relationship skills
