Construction Labourer

We are currently recruiting for a Construction Labourer to join a busy construction project in High Wycombe. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and hardworking individual with a strong work ethic and a proactive approach to site work.
The successful candidate will hold a valid CSCS card, have their own PPE, and be committed to maintaining high standards of health and safety on site.
Requirements
Valid CSCS Card
Full PPE (hard hat, hi-vis vest, safety boots)
Reliable, punctual and hardworking
Positive, hands-on attitude
Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
Good understanding of site health and safety procedures
Willingness to commit for the duration of the project
Key Responsibilities
Assisting tradespeople with day-to-day site activities
Keeping the site clean, safe and well organised
Moving, unloading and distributing materials and deliveries
Supporting the smooth running of site operations
Following all site rules and health & safety regulations
Carrying out general labouring duties as required
What We're Looking For
We are seeking someone who is dependable, motivated and ready to get stuck into a fast-paced construction environment. Previous labouring experience is beneficial, although a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are equally important.
