We are seeking an experienced CNC Miller to join our clients manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting, operating, and monitoring CNC milling machines to produce high-quality precision components in line with engineering drawings and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC milling machines.

Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.

Load tooling, set offsets, and make basic programme adjustments where required.

Conduct first-off and in-process inspections using measuring equipment such as verniers, micrometres, and gauges.

Ensure components meet quality and dimensional requirements.

Carry out routine machine maintenance and housekeeping.

Adhere to health and safety procedures at all times.
Requirements

Previous experience operating and setting CNC milling machines.

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.

Knowledge of measuring and inspection equipment.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience with Fanuc, Heidenhain, or Siemens controls is advantageous
