Repairs Coordinator
Location: Bradford
Salary: £26,000 per annum
Marmon Lift Recruitment is working with a specialist stairlift business in Bradford that is looking for a Repairs Coordinator to join its team. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in repairs, service coordination, scheduling, or administration who enjoys a busy environment and keeping things running smoothly.
What you'll be doing
● Coordinating incoming repair requests and arranging engineer visits.
● Managing engineer diaries and scheduling repair appointments.
● Liaising with customers to confirm appointments and provide updates.
● Monitoring outstanding jobs and following up to ensure repairs are completed.
● Working closely with engineers and internal teams to resolve scheduling issues.
● Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate records.
● Handling customer queries and ensuring a professional service is delivered.
What we're looking for
● Previous experience in a coordination, scheduling, repairs administration or customer
service role.
● Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
● Confident communication skills, both over the phone and via email.
● The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
● A proactive approach to problem-solving and keeping jobs on track.
● Good IT skills and confidence using computer systems.
Experience within lifts, stairlifts, engineering, maintenance or field service would be
advantageous, although candidates with transferable experience are encouraged to apply.
