TLG are currently looking for an Electrical Estimator to be a part of a reputable Electrical Contractor in Central London.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage project take-offs and liaise with manufacturers and specialist subcontractors.
Carry out site visits and build strong relationships with clients.
Prepare competitive tenders and quotations, ensuring accuracy and value for money.
Negotiate with clients and support the successful delivery of commercial projects.
Apply your knowledge of commercial fit-out projects to produce accurate and competitive estimates.WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Proven experience in electrical estimating.
Strong knowledge of commercial electrical installations and fit-outs.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
A proactive, organised and professional approach
