Food Production Operative
Location: Rugby
Hours: Monday–Friday, 6:00am–3:00pm
Pay: £12.71 per hour
Job Type: Full-time, Temporary to Permanent
About the Role
We are currently recruiting Food Production Operatives to join a busy and friendly food production site based in Rugby.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking for stable, Monday-to-Friday work with the potential to become permanent. No weekend work is required, and free on-site parking is available.
You will be working as part of a team involved in the preparation, packing and handling of meat and poultry products, helping to ensure products are prepared safely and efficiently.
This role is in Chilled Environment.
Your Duties

Picking and packing meat and poultry products

Loading and unloading produce (up to 10kg)

Operating production machinery

Carrying out general cleaning and hygiene duties

Following food hygiene, health & safety and company procedures

Working as part of a team to meet daily production requirements
What We're Looking For

Previous experience in food production is preferred

Good understanding of food hygiene and workplace safety

Reliable and hardworking attitude

Good communication skills

Ability to work as part of a team

Comfortable working in a busy production environment
