Business Analyst

Hybrid working 2 days per week in the office
We're looking for a proactive and driven Business Analyst to join our client in Croydon, South London. You'll play a key role in bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business needs into clear requirements and helping deliver innovative technology solutions.
The successful Business Analyst can expect:
- Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 per annum

Some of the main duties of the Business Analyst will include:
- Gather, analyse and document business requirements.
- Write clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Manage and prioritise the Jira backlog to support agile delivery.
- Map data between systems and support integration projects.
- Work closely with developers on APIs, system enhancements and new solutions.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and manage relationships across the business.
- Support testing, solution validation and continuous process improvement.
- Undertake project management activities including planning, tracking, risk management and reporting where required.
In order to be the successful Business Analyst and have a chance to gain such an exciting opportunity you will ideally need to have the following:
- 3+ years' experience in a Business Analyst role.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, Scrum, Kanban and Gherkin.
- Experienced in Jira, Confluence, Miro, Visio or similar tools.
- Confident working with developers, technical teams and third-party suppliers.
- Skilled in requirements gathering, process mapping and data analysis.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and presentation skills.
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Experience within e-commerce is advantageous.
- Practical understanding of AI tools and how they can improve delivery and efficiency.
