Job Type: Permament Salary ranging from £28,000 - £35,000 plus commision depending on experience.
Hours: Full-time 40 hours, Monday to Friday
About Us
Think Recruitment is a growing recruitment business specialising in supplying temporary and permanent staff across the construction, maintenance, social housing and public sector markets.
We work with building contractors and home builders, supplying permament, freelance and temporary staff and other key roles.
Due to continued growth, we are looking for a motivated and reliable Recruitment Consultant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone looking who is experienced in recruitment and sales. Previous recruitment experience is a must.
The Role
This will be a permament position, You will support our business with finding, speaking to and registering candidates for temporary and permament job vacancies. You will be able to win business and grow existing client accounts. Not be afraid of sales as this is a sales job through and through.
You will be able to source the best quality candidates in the market and sell to clients in our market. You will ideally have a mimum of 2 years recruitment experience and proven previous billings.
Character is important to us, you must be honest, reliable and hard working.
Key Responsibilities
Your duties will include:
Searching job boards and databases for suitable candidates
Calling candidates to discuss job opportunities
Registering new candidates and collecting key information
Writing and posting job adverts
Updating the recruitment system with candidate details
Speaking with workers about availability, experience and job preferences
Supporting consultants with general admin and compliance tasks
Helping match candidates to suitable temporary and permanent vacancies
Building confidence on the phone and learning how recruitment works
Cold call new business's to with them as new clients.
Develop leads.
Carry out new and exisiting client meeting. What We're Looking For

Organised and able to follow instructions
Comfortable using a computer and learning new systems
Interested in recruitment, sales, business or customer service
Able to work well as part of a small, busy teamThe most important things are attitude, work ethic and willingness to learn/ adapt.
