Groomfield Recruitment is recruiting for an Export Administrator to join our client's team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and proactive individual to play a key role in managing larger project orders and shipments, supporting Export Sales Managers and ensuring customers receive an excellent level of service.
Key Responsibilities

Process customer orders and respond to email enquiries.

Work closely with internal teams to ensure effective order book management.

Support Export Sales Managers with customer communications and updates.

Attend regular meetings to monitor progress and keep projects on track.

Maintain accurate records using Salesforce CRM.

Provide general administrative support and identify opportunities for process improvements.
What We're Looking For

Previous experience in export administration, project administration, coordination or a similar role.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.

A flexible, adaptable and proactive approach.

Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Word.

A strong team player who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
