Are you an organised, friendly and professional Receptionist looking for a permanent part-time role?
We're recruiting for a Receptionist to join a welcoming and professional team based in Leeming Bar. This is a permanent job-share position working Mondays and Tuesdays, ideal for someone looking for a consistent two-day working week.
You'll be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, so we're looking for someone who is personable, confident and enjoys providing a great service.
The role will include:
Meeting and greeting visitors
Answering and directing incoming calls
Managing emails and general enquiries
Handling incoming and outgoing post
Booking meeting rooms and supporting with meeting arrangements
General administration and office support
Ensuring the reception area is welcoming and professional
Supporting colleagues with ad hoc administrative tasksAbout you:You'll ideally have previous experience in reception, administration or customer service and be comfortable dealing with people at all levels.
You'll be:
Friendly, professional and approachable
Confident with telephone and face-to-face communication
Organised and reliable
Comfortable using Microsoft Office
A strong team player with a flexible approachHours & flexibility
This is a permanent part-time position working Mondays and Tuesdays, with a salary of £11,695 per annum. As this role forms part of a job-share arrangement, some flexibility will be required to provide additional cover during your job-share colleague's annual leave.
