Experienced Plasterer Required – Immediate Start!
Bamford Contract Services is currently recruiting an experienced Plasterer to join our client's team, working on social housing properties in the Northwich and Knutsford areas.
This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable, skilled plasterer looking for ongoing work, competitive pay and a Monday-to-Friday working schedule.
Previous experience working in occupied or tenanted social housing properties is essential.
Plasterer Key Responsibilities:
Carrying out all aspects of plastering and associated repairs within tenanted properties.
Patching, filling and making good damaged plasterwork.
Skimming walls and ceilings.
Plasterboarding and completing two-coat plasterwork.
Internal and external rendering.
Installing coving and cornices.
Carrying out insulation work.
Completing plastering and associated repairs in kitchens and bathrooms.
Maintaining a professional and tidy working environment while working in residents' homes.
Plasterer Essential Requirements:
Proven experience as a Plasterer.
Previous social housing experience, ideally within occupied or tenanted properties.
Ability to complete high-quality plastering repairs and finishing work.
Own van and tools.
Reliable, professional and able to work independently.
Good communication skills and a professional approach when dealing with tenants.
