Engineering @ 365 are working with a client based in Leicester seeking a skilled and hands-on Powder Coater to join their busy Finishing Department.
Start Date: A.S.A.P.
Hourly Rate: Dependent on skills and experience
Hours of Work: 7am – 3.30pm, Monday to Friday. Additional shifts will be required as and when needed. The successful candidate will be working on the afternoon/evening shift to ensure workload demands are achieved.

You will be responsible for delivering a high-quality powder coated finish across a wide range of products. This role is ideal for someone with a strong practical background who takes pride in producing excellent work to tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:

Loading the track correctly.

Powder coating to the required standard.

Wet painting to the required standard.

Unloading the track.

Quality control of work.

Other duties as required (the role will include but not be limited to the above).
Experience and Characteristics Required:

Skilled powder coating experience is essential.

Wet paint experience is an advantage.

Ability to deal with a demanding, high-pressure role.

Good eye for detail.

Positive “can do” attitude, with the ability to think on your feet.
