The Role
Working within the Foundry Department
Pouring sand into moulds and castings
Assisting with production and manufacturing processes
General housekeeping and labouring duties
Maintaining high standards of quality and safety
Shift Pattern & Pay Rates
Rotating 3-shift pattern:
6:00am - 2:00pm | £15.71 per hour
2:00pm - 10:00pm | £16.93 per hour
10:00pm - 6:00am | £17.60 per hour (includes shift premium)
What We're Looking For
Experience in manufacturing, engineering, fabrication, or foundry environments desirable
Ability to work rotating shifts including days, afternoons, and nights
Reliable and hardworking attitude
Good attention to detail
