With modern tools, coaching and a supportive team around you, this is a great opportunity to build your career in business-to-business technology sales.
If you have some sales or customer-facing experience, enjoy speaking with people and are ready for your next challenge, we’d love to hear from you.

Conduct approximately 40 outbound calls per day
Execute multi-channel outreach using phone, email and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Follow structured prospecting cadences and follow-up plans
Qualify prospects against agreed criteria
Attend industry events and conferences to generate opportunities and expand your network
Join discovery meetings to support a smooth handover to the sales team
Maintain accurate records and activity within Salesforce
Collaborate closely with Account Executives to maximise meeting quality and conversion
Continuously refine messaging, targeting and outreach approaches
You’ll thrive in this role if you have:
At least 1-2 years' experience in a sales, business development, lead generation or customer-facing role
Experience working towards targets and the motivation to keep your activity consistent.
Confidence speaking with prospects on the phone.
Clear written and verbal communication skills.
Curiosity, good listening skills and the ability to ask useful questions.
Strong organisation and attention to detail.
Resilience, self-motivation and a positive approach to outbound work.
A collaborative attitude and willingness to learn.
Experience in business development, telephone sales or technology sales would be helpful, as would familiarity with sales systems.

This is a hybrid role based in Nottingham, with two office days each week. Tuesday is a regular office day, and the second day is usually Wednesday depending on team needs.
